The Restaurant

Founded in 2018, ALOH-O, an American-Japanese fast food restaurant is Chef Jerry’s newest brainchild. Jerry extracts the essence from his more than 20 years’ worth of experience from authentic Japanese cooking to create this new generation of fast food restaurant.

For over 20 years, Jerry has been dedicated to one goal, breaking the stereotype of fast food. Infused with traditional Japanese dietary culture and modern healthy cooking concepts.

ALOH-O’s specializes in Poke, Bento Box and Sushi. At ALOH-O, fast, easy and low cost food no longer has to be “bad for you”.

The Poke

Poke is a raw fish salad served as an appetizer in Hawaiian cuisine, and sometimes as a main course.

Poke Bento Sushis are all about four things: a great base, fresh fish (or a vegetable substitute), sauce and toppings.

Hawaiian poke and Japanese sushi are vastly different, there are a lot of similarities including the freshness of the fish, the way customers prepare the marinades, and the quality of ingredients. We took qualities from traditional Chirashi sushi and combined it with classic Hawaiian flavors and we rolled it into ALOH-O Poke.
